Recruitment Specialist

Our recruitment team consists of 100+ people across our Perth and Brisbane offices; we go above and beyond daily for our candidates and deliver a high volume of quality hires each month to ensure Monadelphous always delivers for our customers. We consider recruitment as the 'engine room' to Monadelphous and due to continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll join an experienced team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across some of our flagship contracts in LNG, Offshore, Major Projects or Large-Scale Shutdowns. You’ll work closely with operating teams and site management to understand workforce demand, anticipate bottlenecks and build strong talent pipelines. By leveraging defined sourcing channels and combining proactive search with traditional methods, you’ll generate a high volume of suitable candidates and deliver highly qualified personnel who can execute project works safely, effectively and on-time. Benefits Tier 1 Contractor with consistent pipelines of works On-site gym & facilities Career progression opportunities Joining an established team that will offer you mentorship and support Key Responsibilities Source hard to find FIFO trades and coordinate onboarding activities for major resource, engineering, and maintenance projects Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job briefs, proactive candidate sourcing and advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and managing the background check process Uphold effective communication with senior internal stakeholders regarding position and candidate status, updates and application outcomes Coordinate with Recruitment Support Officers to hand over onboarding requirements, including pre employment checks, medicals, ordering PPE and mobilisation training requirements What you’ll bring Experience working in a fast paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements The ability to deliver high volume recruitment objectives and coordinate the onboarding process Experience with proactive sourcing and candidate engagement, enabling you to identify prospective talent for current and future business needs A team focused approach, promoting a positive and engaging work environment A personalised customer service approach for both internal personnel and candidates Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a range of stakeholders, with an understanding of their project needs Life at Monadelphous There’s lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
