What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications) We are looking for a blend of personality and experience. The Must-Haves: Legal field experience (this is highly preferred!) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—you can build rapport with anyone A super-high level of attention to detail and organization Top-notch professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information The Basics: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent work experience) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Windows) The ability to manage a large database and work independently Bonus Points (Preferred but not required): Recruiting or staffing experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 1-2 years in a human resources role A Day in the Life (What You'll Do) As our Staffing Coordinator, you will be the bridge between our clients and our candidates. You will actively: Partner with clients to understand their exact hiring needs for each legal role. Develop smart recruitment strategies based on client inquiries. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with both candidates and clients to encourage future business. Be a Talent Detective: Actively source and review all incoming resumes for your open positions. Conduct in-depth phone screens and virtual interviews to find the perfect fit. Perform confidential background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications. Be the Match-Maker: Manage all candidate information and notes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate and schedule all interviews between clients and candidates. Extend employment offers and skillfully negotiate compensation packages. Be a Team Player: Provide regular updates to the team on your recruitment activities and progress. Track all placements, position changes, and client communications. Assist with maintaining our company’s website. Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws. ...and jump in to help with other team projects as needed!
