Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement
• Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based consultations
• Educate customers on insurance and financial service options
• Prepare quotes and close new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
• Meet or exceed monthly production and performance goals

Qualifications & Requirements

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees, and their employees are not employees of State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
