Facilities Maintenance Supervisor For R&D LabsAs a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for R&D Labs, you will lead and coordinate the daily operations of facilities maintenance, ensuring the reliability and safety of critical laboratory systems. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership to oversee HVAC, mechanical, and infrastructure systems while driving compliance with lab-specific standards. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, guide subcontractor performance, and support cross-functional teams in maintaining optimal facility operations.
