Job Description
Capital Kids Care is seeking a caring and nurturing individual for our Universal Pre-K After School Program located in Duanesburg Elementary.
Our staff at Capital Kids care is made of loving and dedicated professionals who know how to adapt to each child's abilities in a fun and developmentally appropriate manner.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Associate's Degree/Bachelor's in ECE or related field or has earned a Childcare Development Associate Credential.
OR
- Earned 9 credits from a college with plans to earn a degree in Early Childhood or related field.
In addition to the above requirements:
- minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Reliable
- Communicate in a professional manner, with families and staff
- Willing to engage children in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and foster imaginative play
- Meet the needs of individual children
- Have Fun!
* Please allot an additional hour of planning time per day into your schedule (paid)
