Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care
- Required AHA BLS certification
- CWOCN certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive wound care, ostomy, and continence management for patients.
- Collaborate with a consulting team to deliver specialized care recommendations.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care practices.
- Monitor and assess patient progress to adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. Compliance / Notes
