This role is essential in providing clean, comfortable linens and clothing for our residents, helping maintain a high standard of care and dignity. Position Summary The Laundry Aide is responsible for the daily operation of the laundry department, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing in accordance with facility policies and infection control standards. Key Responsibilities Wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing and facility linens Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently Sort and handle soiled laundry following infection control procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area Label and track resident personal itemsReport equipment issues or supply needs promptly Qualifications Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to follow safety and infection control guidelines Team player with a positive attitude Why Join Us?
