We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and provide school-based ABA services in a school location in East Orange, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services alignment with insurance requirements
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs based on each client's needs
• Monitor client progress and analyze behavioral data to make data-driven clinical decisions
• Train, supervise, and provide ongoing support to Behavior Technicians and other staff implementing 1:1 ABA services
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the client's care team
• Provide caregiver and family training as appropriate
• Manage and document client data and clinical information using Rethink Behavioral Health
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with clinical standards, authorization requirements, and applicable regulations
• Help build functional communication, social, adaptive, and academic skills while reducing behaviors that interfere with learning

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• 1+ year of BCBA experience preferred
• Experience working with children and/or in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, school staff, and clinical teams
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality clinical care
• 8-Hour Supervision Certificate
