Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

- Administer and interpret standardized tests to identify students' speech, language, and hearing needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's communication goals.
- Provide individual and group speech and language therapy using appropriate strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support communication development.
- Continuously monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
- Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering guidance to support students with speech and language needs.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and recommendations.
