Role Overview Provides quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, manages operational issues during shifts, and supports staff as a resource. Key Responsibilities Coordinates patient care, addresses departmental concerns, and communicates effectively with leadership. Offers clinical support based on census demands. Qualifications Graduate of a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience; 2+ years preferred. Valid RN license in Georgia or multistate license. Current BCLS certification. Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, and PEARS are required, depending on unit. Emergency nurses must obtain PALS within 30 days if not already certified.
