Relationship Banker

Role Summary: The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth through proactive sales of deposit accounts, loans, and referrals to other banking services. Provide tailored financial advice to deepen client relationships and enhance satisfaction. Support client outreach efforts and promote a high-performance sales culture. Deliver excellent client service by efficiently handling transactions and resolving issues. Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and risk management standards. Assist in operational tasks, training, and maintaining audit controls. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience; bilingual skills in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is desired. No specific licenses are required, but adherence to regulatory requirements is essential. Note: This role does not supervise staff and focuses on client engagement, sales, service excellence, and operational compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
