Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Job Description

We're seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join a collaborative IT team. This role will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist end users with day-to-day technology needs.

Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets
Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and user access issues
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff
Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support
Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system

Qualifications:

1+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Familiarity with Windows environments and PC hardware
Experience with ticketing systems preferred
Degree or equivalent technical experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Fully onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA
