Lead Server

Super Nice Pizza is seeking experienced servers. We are a small team and are looking for other team players to join us. If you love working in a restaurant, can hold down a large section with no problem, know how to treat people well, and are a reliable, diligent, considerate server, we’d love to meet you! Bonus points for experience behind the bar. 

Responsibilities:

• Take and serve orders with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including wine and beverage pairings.
• Deliver personalized service to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with table setup, maintenance, and cleanup during service.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must Team-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
• NYC DOH food handlers certificate is required; if you don't have one, you must be willing to obtain it within 2 months if hired

Details:

• Looking to hire for 2-4 shifts per week, including brunch
• Pay: $12/hour + tips. Tips range from 150 on a slower night to 400 on a busy night
