Caregiver

ResCare Community Living, a part of the Sevita family, provides quality services that empower individuals, enhance independence, and help people live well. Since 1974, we’ve supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in their community. Pay rate: $17.11 / hr

Union Dues: .5% per paycheck

Shift: Friday (6 am - 9 am), Saturday - Sunday (6 am - 2 pm), & Monday (6 am - 9 am)

Mandatory Requirement: This is a driving position. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to verify at least one year of active driving history. If the current license was issued less than one year ago, candidates must provide a motor vehicle record, previous license, or other acceptable documentation demonstrating continuous valid licensure for at least one year. Failure to provide such documentation will result in ineligibility for employment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills:  Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
