Maintenance Mechanic | 7:00AM - 3:30PM | Mon - Fri | $20.00/hr. - $22.00/hr
Commercial door service - local, regular hours, home every night
Qualifications for Maintenance Mechanic
- Previous construction experience
- Previous welding experience is a plus
- Previous service call experience in garage doors, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus
- Ability to lift at least 50#
- Mechanical aptitude
- Troubleshooting ability
- Basic welding experience would be a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work outside in all seasons as needed
Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic
- Install new garage doors and openers
- Complete repair service calls
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Maintain shop equipment and inventory
- Complete work order documentation
