Sr Administrative Assistant

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to Neuroscience Medical Affairs leadership in a hybrid role in Titusville, New Jersey. The position involves calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and process expenses for leadership
• Coordinate leadership team meetings, department meetings, town halls, planning sessions, and events
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and maintain action-item tracking
• Support interview logistics including scheduling, candidate communications, and meeting arrangements
• Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, shared calendars, files, and SharePoint repositories

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least four years of administrative, executive support, or office management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and reliability
• Ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
