Position is in a fast casual Middle Eastern street food restaurant located in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, CA.
Position has shifts that range from 5 hours to 8 hours per day. Searching for an experienced prep person to help with filleting beef and chicken. Experience with Tacos al Pastor or Shawarma is preferred but not necessary. There is room to grow into a position that stacks the shawarma stack which comes with more pay. Additionally there is also opportunity to work in the kitchen cooking the meats. Applicant should be prepared to work in a high pace environment while maintaining a clean work space and a friendly demeanor. Pay ranges from $20-21.50/HR depending on role and responsibilities.
