This work requires recent experience in:

Hand soldering wires to PCB assemblies
Hand soldering PCB surface mount components
Basic PCB rework (removing and replacing components)
Building wire harnesses
An attention to detail

A recent certification in J-STD-001 and/or IPC 7711/7721 is highly encouraged but not required.
