Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Houseman to join our team! You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests, ensuring they will want to return and ultimately strengthening our reputation.

As a Houseman you will be responsible to clean the hotel grounds, vacumm halways, shampooing carpet, cleaning tile, restocking maids cart,count linens and do project as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting.
• Carefully inspect all rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms, Must be able to do minor repairs, painting, plumbing and electiral.
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality
• Able to be on your feet all day with heavy lifting
