As a Patient Registration Representative, you willbe the first point of contact for patients , ensuring they receive fast, compassionate, and accurate access to care . WhatYou’llDo Provideexceptional customer serviceand assist patients and families with the check-in processworking across multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently Answer phones and gather accuratepatient information quickly in a fast-paced environment Supporttimelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registrationand answer questions with confidence, clarity, and compassion Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable Collaboratewith nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow No healthcare background? Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. R1 RCM Inc.
