Job Title: Client Inventory Specialist/Customer Service

Location: Sheboygan, WI (Onsite at Customer Location) Pay: $18.00/hour + Mileage Reimbursement Status: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Role Overview

As a Client Inventory Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our onsite operations for a key customer in the Sheboygan area. This is a unique, multifaceted role that blends inventory analytics, warehouse logistics, and customer support. You’ll work alongside our Onsite Account Manager to ensure the customer’s supply chain remains seamless.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Data Management (Primary)

• Report Analysis: Review and sort automated backorder and reorder reports to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Systems Accuracy: Utilize SAP to confirm SKU and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and verify revision levels in technical databases.

• Order Routing: Validate orders and route them to Client Services for ticketing and processing.

2. Logistics & Distribution

• Daily Deliveries: Coordinate the receipt of daily deliveries and distribute materials across multiple internal and offsite warehouse locations.

• Manual Distribution: Drive your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) to deliver 3–5 boxes of material to various customer warehouse sites (approx. 20–25 miles daily).

• Stocking: Receive product, pick orders from their locations, and restock supplies at plant and service parts centers.

3. Call Center & Customer Support

• Professional Support: Serve as a backup for the call center team, providing telephone support for customers requiring literature and printed materials.

• Quality Service: Process inquiries and orders promptly to ensure a high-quality customer experience and minimize callbacks.

Requirements

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software is highly preferred.

• Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to facilitate local material deliveries (3–5 boxes daily).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to pick, package, and move boxes of material between locations.

• Communication: Strong professional phone etiquette and the ability to work collaboratively onsite.

• Availability: Ready to start ASAP to ensure a comprehensive training and handoff period.
