Description Location: 1285 SW Booth Bend Rd., McMinnville, OR 97128, USA Hours: Full‑time hours available, based on business need and performance. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Shift Leader – Day in the life: Perform all Crew position duties and supervise Crew Members. Plan, organize and implement daily operational routines and activities. Monitor and maintain proper staffing levels and labor costs. Open and close duties as required. Enforce and maintain all quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Deliver service beyond guest expectations. Requirements Minimum age: 18 years. Food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 30 days of starting. Basic math skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
