Job Summary

Basic Function: Assist the Superintendent substantially and effectively in the task of providing leadership in developing, achieving and maintaining the best possible educational programs and services for all students. Supervise on a constant, ongoing basis the translation of the District's educational philosophy, goals, and objectives into active terms that directly benefit each individual student.

Requirements / Qualifications

Training, Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's degree and eight years of increasingly responsible supervisory experience. MA preferred. Experience in classroom teaching, evaluation, research, school reform, school leadership, and coaching preferred. Licenses and Other Requirements: Valid Administrative Services Credential; Teaching Credential; or Pupil Personnel Services Credential, Valid California Driver's License
