Assistant Manager - Craft Pizzeria

Are you a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant? Passion for pizza? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to help oversee our high-volume operations, drive profitability, and mentor our team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop staff; maintain high morale and performance standards.
Operations: Manage daily front and back-of-house operations, including inventory, ordering, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety codes.
Financials: Optimize profitability by controlling food, labor, and supply costs.
Guest Service: Ensure a welcoming environment and consistent, exceptional service during peak rush hours.
Administration: Handle scheduling, cash management, and reporting in coordination with the General Manager.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant (pizza experience preferred).
Leadership: Proven ability to motivate teams and maintain composure under pressure.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word/Excel and restaurant inventory/ordering systems.
Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, be eligible to work in the U.S., and pass a background check.
