Job Title: Wire Draw Operator Location: Harrisburg, NC Shifts: 1st (7 AM 3:30 PM), 2nd (3 PM 11:30 PM), 3rd (11 PM 7 AM) Pay: $19 - $20 About the Role Join a dynamic production team as a Wire Draw Operator, where you ll operate wire draw machines, perform quality checks, and ensure material meets specifications. What You Will Do Efficiently operate wire draw machines to meet production goals Perform quality checks, including reading measurements and checking straightness Operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling Set up machines by pulling, bending, and pushing wire Complete production reports accurately at the end of each shift Follow quality, environmental, and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area What You Bring 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery 1+ year of forklift experience Strong time management and multitasking skills Self-motivated with a sense of urgency Forklift crane experience Work Environment & Physical Demands This role involves exposure to moving machinery, extreme heat, airborne particles, and chemicals.
