We'd love to have you as a shareholder! **YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:**The SVP for the COE of systems integration and deployment will report to the Regional President but will also collaborate with the SVPs within the regions as well as the President of National Accounts and its SVPs. The two main objectives for this role are: First, bring a unified approach and best practices to our existing systems P&Ls, and establish a COE that is scalable to become a national solution for customers. Second, start up new P&Ls in areas that have the strategic opportunity to fill gaps or enter new markets for a sustainable business. The main driver is ensuring enterprise-wide diversification that is adaptable to different geographical and vertical regions to differentiate us in markets that drive sustainability.## **WHAT YOU’LL DO:****Strategic COE Leadership and Oversight:*** Analyze and unify best practices that apply across all systems, including Business Development, Engineering and Integration, Estimating, as well as key supply chain strategies and relationships.* Develop and lead peer meetings to help unify approaches and lessons learned across the organization.* Develop and maintain a Pre-Con team focused on national accounts and/or major vertical support.* Provide guidance and mentorship for regional systems P&L leaders specific to running their business.* Developing and integrating the overall Systems strategy into the enterprise strategy by developing a structure that maintains a strong COE while allowing regional P&L’s the ability to run their business.**Build and start up new P&Ls in strategic markets and/or verticals:*** Partner with regional or vertical leads to identify key strategic opportunities to start new P&Ls that support the company’s strategy.* Build a business plan for new opportunities and markets* Champion building the teams needed to operate the business through either key hire or acquisitions to execute to the Rosendin standards* Track key metrics such as success ratios and variances to drive ongoing improvements and align with broader goals* Manage Preconstruction from early studies and site due diligence to initial planning, making sure projects start strong and meet client needs right from the get-go.* Lead high-level client interactions, sealing deals and nurturing partnerships for ongoing work, while leveraging regional resources for on-the-ground market intelligence.## **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:****Team Leadership and Organizational Development:*** Hire, coach, and motivate teams by building a culture rooted in caring, respect, high standards, teamwork, and results.* Champion a direct feedback culture, ask hard questions, actively listen, push current thinking, and give compassionate, direct communication.* Set clear goals and metrics for each function, with regular check-ins to drive accountability and growth.* Drive continuous capability-building across the enterprise through scalable learning programs aligned to industry trends, regulatory requirements, and key tools — championing a culture of cross-regional learning and collaboration.* Create a dynamic, forward-thinking group that supports our enterprise-wide success* Strong business acumen and thirst for developing a deep understanding of internal operations and how the organization fits into its markets.**Entrepreneurial:*** Self-assurance and the confidence to purposely drive toward results while problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others.* Must have high business acumen and understanding of how to build business plans and manage P&L reports* A sense of urgency and confidence in a changing environment, able to manage a variety of challenges and projects simultaneously and can calmly adapt with a bias toward action.* Owns and understands the importance of key relationships and is willing to forge new ones needed to make the business successful* Understands and has relationships through the supply chain* Willing to travel and spend time starting up new locations or ventures as required* Has a vision and works towards a 3–5-year business plan and is able to see and adjust to industry needs* Understands risk management* Forward-thinking on industry trends and needs## **TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:*** Has a strong understanding of systems and their relationships and what expertise is required to execute successfully, including but not limited to:* Network systems and infrastructure* Security, Access control and surveillance* Audio Visual* Hospital systems such as Nurse Call, infant abduction, etc.* Airport systems such as CUPPS, FIDS, Wayfinding, EDS, etc.* Fire Alarm, First responder DAS* Systems integration* Understands estimating strategies and cost required to be successful* Has built up and run a successful business for at least 10 years of size* Has been part of acquisitions## WHAT YOU BRING TO US:* 20+ years of progressive experience in Operations Systems Integration and national deployment.* Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business Management, Engineering, Systems or other applicable discipline.* Track record of developing and successfully executing Operations/Systems Integration and initiatives at high-growth, innovative companies with a multi-location workforce (500+ employees).* Thoughtful communicator and presenter, an active listener, with experience interacting with a variety of audiences inside and outside an organization. Able to act as a spokesperson for the company and industry.* Previous experience in change management, building programs and initiatives, and project management.* Prior experience in construction and/or manufacturing industry is a plus.## **TRAVEL:*** Up to 40%## **WORKING CONDITIONS:*** General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
