Adult Residential Support Professional
Location: Waukesha County, WI Schedule: Part-time | 1st Shift | Every Saturday & Sunday | 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Aspen Center, a residential addiction treatment program serving adult men. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents as they work toward recovery and long-term sobriety in a safe, structured environment.
What You'll Do
- Support, monitor, and encourage residents while serving as a positive role model
- Assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills
- Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
- Monitor or administer medications according to program policies
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
- Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and community activities
- Collect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
- Lead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goals
- Attend required trainings and staff meetings

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred and must meet driving requirements
- Required DHS training may be completed after hire
