Client Advisor - Family Law Sales: Spring, TX

Responsibilities Conduct in-person, Zoom, and telephone consultations — guiding prospective clients through their decision to retain the firm Verify that prospects have received and reviewed preconditioning materials before consultations Sign new clients and facilitate a smooth handoff to the legal team Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and video — nurturing relationships over time Place follow-up calls to current clients to ensure satisfaction and continued confidence in the firm Travel within the Houston metropolitan area to meet clients when requested Maintain detailed, accurate notes in the firm’s centralized database Assist in designing and refining onboarding protocols that improve the client experience Qualifications Demonstrated success in high-ticket sales — this is a requirement, not a preference Bilingual (English/Spanish)
