Job TitleJob Functions:Live and embrace American Social Vision and Core ValuesReport to work on time and prepared for the shiftFollow all image and appearance standardsMonitor product supply and replenish stock when necessaryRead order tickets and/or listen to what dishes are called to determine what items need to be preparedPrioritize cooking and preparation times of each order to ensure proper pacing of guest mealsAccommodate guests' special requestsPrepare food items using recipe, proper portioning, and cooking standards to fulfill guests' ordersUse FIFO procedures to ensure freshness of product and eliminate wasteMaintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of foodEnsure food is cooked to standards and guests' specificationsEnsure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherenceUse proper cooking equipment to prepare food items and to complete food ordersClean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces using the proper cleaning solutions to ensure station remains sanitizedAssist other employees as neededDemonstrate a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and employeesUnderstand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative proceduresProvide complete and timely communication to other employees throughout the shiftBe prepared to conduct weekly maintenance dutiesComplete all assigned tasks and duties requested by managersQualifications:Minimum of 18 years of ageAbility to work late night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3 AMWorks assigned scheduled shiftsFood handling certificate requiredFluent in English; able to speak, read, writeAbility to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracyAbility to transport items up to 30 poundsRemain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shiftSatisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workersMay apply in person between 1 PM-6 PM Monday through Friday at the address below.
