Senior Associate, Global Product Solutions MMM Data Strategy

Drive successful commercialization for Google’s data solutions globally, including the MMM Data Platform and pilot with third-party (3P) data aggregators.Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM/Sales teams to influence product priorities/strategy for the MMM Data Platform. Represent MMM data market and customer needs to Product Management, Go-To-Market, and Sales leadership.Lead rollout of product features and capabilities, executing a successful sales activation strategy. Develop communications internally for sellers (docs, sales collateral, narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc.).Help define success metrics, track product adoption/business impact, and report on critical activation metrics to executive leadership in Google’s Global Business, Ads, and Commerce product organizations.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, GTM, Product, gTech, Business Development, Marketing, and Legal. Work in a highly matrixed organization, balancing priorities and translating technology capabilities to customer solutions.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives for data analysis platforms or ads products.Preferred qualifications:Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions, and making recommendations.Knowledge of digital and cross-media measurement solutions and ad sales. Familiarity with ROI measurement concepts and the third-party measurement ecosystem.Ability to proactively take ownership of projects by synthesizing input from stakeholders, setting and achieving milestones, creating outputs appropriate to the audience(s), and driving awareness of final deliverables.Ability to navigate through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.Ability to create influential relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.Excellent investigative skills, including quantitative fluency.Google’s Global Product Solutions organization leads Google’s commercial business strategy and is responsible for driving adoption of our advertising products. This specific role is focused on the Marketing Mix Model (MMM) Data Strategy within the Measurement, Audiences, and Data team.Google’s MMM Program has the ability to reach top global advertisers with billions in total marketing budgets to help them better understand how Google media drives sales effectiveness and ROI for their brands, and it is imperative that customers leverage high-quality data inputs to achieve fair and representative models.In this role, you will leverage your expertise to inspire sellers and customers to expand their adoption of our data for use in Meridian and Third-Party MMM. As a member of the Cross-Media Return on Investment (ROI) Measurement Global Product Solutions Lead (GPSL) team, you will be a thought leader in landing our go-to-market strategy.Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business.
