Quality Assurance Technician Compensation
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour
- Mon-Fri 7AM - 4PM
Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the Field Assurance Lab for complaint handling.
- Manage the shipping and receiving of complaint samples.
- Conduct image reviews associated with complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of complaint samples received.
- Ensure timely shipment of sample return kits domestically and internationally.
- Support continuous improvement of lab processes.
Quality Assurance Technician QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Work hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
- This position is on-site.
Education/Licenses Needed
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
