The role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, warranty service, and billable repairs on process cooling equipment across a 3–5 state region, with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will travel in a company-provided van, delivering on-site technical support, identifying and implementing effective solutions to equipment issues, and coordinating with internal teams as needed to ensure timely and thorough resolution. A commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and start up Thermal Care process cooling systems, ensuring compliance with operational specifications
• Verify system performance and ensure successful project sign-off
• Conduct operator training on-site
• Submit documentation for any outstanding issues and facilitate resolution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business
• Analyze and resolve equipment issues with professionalism and accuracy
• Perform remote diagnostics when required
• Document service activities, including parts usage and resolution details
• Adhere to all safety protocols and conduct work in accordance with company policies
• Exhibit professional appearance and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and document events for future reference

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in process cooling and HVAC.
• Associate or technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification for refrigerants required.
• Must be familiar with chillers and have a solid understanding of thermal dynamics.
• Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and PLC logic
• Proficiency with electronic test and measurement tools.
• Valid Driver's License

Willing and able to travel 65–85% of the time, primarily by company van within assigned multi-state region. Flexible to work independently and manage on-site responsibilities with minimal supervision.
