Regional Insights & Enablement Advisor

As an Americas Nexus Regional Insights & Enablement Advisor, you will support the AMER Regional Insights Lead and divisional stakeholders by delivering business intelligence, governance support, and strategic analysis to protect and grow client relationships across the Americas region. Responsibilities Support the AMER Regional Lead and stakeholders in preparing analysis, insights, and materials that enable growth strategies and elevate client relationships. Collaborate across functions, business lines, and client teams to identify and surface growth opportunities, providing the analytical foundation that informs decision‐making. Produce and maintain monthly reporting packages, including renewal tracking, share of wallet analysis, and organic growth opportunity summaries. Compile quarterly executive reporting on Top30 client performance for senior leadership review. Track and report on growth plan progress and commercial market intelligence, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. Analyze NPS data and synthesize findings into clear insights and action plans for distribution to account and regional teams. Support the Account Business Plan process for respective divisions: coordinate inputs, track timelines, and ensure quality and consistency of submissions. Execute Client Voice program activities, including enrollee identification, survey tracking, report curation, and action item preparation for non‑promoters. Support Accelerate2030 initiatives within the region: translate global strategy into localized action plans and track progress against key milestones. Maintain and update key business intelligence routines including organic growth opportunity tracking, white‑space pipeline analysis, renewal schedules, and quarterly business review materials. Contribute to Account Director onboarding: prepare orientation materials, coordinate learning resources, and support AI‑enabled content delivery. Coordinate regional monthly Account Director calls: agenda preparation, content curation, and post‑call communications and follow‑up. Provide responsive ad‑hoc analytical and operational support for client and leadership requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with Finance to support growth objective tracking, opportunity reporting, and data quality initiatives. Partner with Marketing to support Client NPS programs, translate survey outcomes into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with HR on Learning & Development initiatives: support program coordination and logistics for regional training and enablement activities. Perform regular validation of client contract data and account information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting systems. Conduct external stakeholder data reviews, coordinating with account teams to verify and update information on a defined cadence. Support QBR preparation: compile data, format reporting templates, and maintain documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, client analytics, account management, or a related field within a complex, matrixed organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile, interpret, and present data clearly for varied audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into concise, audience‑appropriate outputs. Strong client orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships across account teams and internal functional partners. High degree of self‑awareness and interpersonal effectiveness, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Structured project coordination skills, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality under pressure. Comfort working with ambiguity and in evolving organizational environments, with resilience to adapt and contribute effectively through change. Preferred Qualifications Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset—comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying improvements, and bringing forward‑thinking ideas to the team. Proficiency with data tools and reporting platforms; experience with CRM systems, BI tools, or similar platforms. Experience supporting executive stakeholders with reporting, analysis, or presentation materials, with a professional and detail‑oriented approach. Background in client account planning, account management operations, or data governance. Estimated compensation for this position:$87,700–$155,000 per year.
