Senior Coordinator, Human Resources - Universal Kids Resort

Job Summary Responsible for coordinating day‑to‑day support and operation for the Talent & Culture department. Supports overall operation by managing team communication, distributing company equipment and supplies, and stepping in to assist various Talent & Culture departments as directed. Acts as Office Ambassador and provides administrative assistance. On‑Site Opportunity This position requires on‑site presence. Job Responsibilities Acts as a first line of support for any Employee Relations issues, gathering information, evaluating, responding, and referring to HR leaders as needed. Serves as the primary contact for Team Members and management to receive and respond to inquiries related to Talent & Culture via phone, live chat, or e‑mail, ensuring a positive experience. Maintains reports, spreadsheets and databases for the Talent & Culture department, such as applicant tracking spreadsheets and hiring matrices, and assists with creating new reports. Liaises with Digital & Technology and other UDX departments to acquire and maintain hardware, software, and supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to company IT standards. Participates actively in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast‑paced environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
