Schedule: Hospital-based nursing position with potential float coverage to multiple departments as needed

Requirements:

• Current New Mexico RN license or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• For LDRP specialty: Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required; OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months; SAFER NM Technician certification preferred
• Strong critical-thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to deliver culturally competent care to diverse patient populations
• Physical ability to lift, position, and transfer patients using proper body mechanics
