Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply—you’ll be welcomed into a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• CCC credential preferred, but Clinical Fellows are also considered and supported
• Experience in school settings a plus, but not required
• Commitment to providing dynamic, engaging therapy in-person

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full range of speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaboratively participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success and inclusion
• Maintain records of student progress and document services per school and district guidelines
• Serve as a proactive resource for staff and families on communication needs and strategies
