The Role This is a full-time, in-person Appointment Setter position based out of Scheduling Institute's Alpharetta, GA office. You''ll work directly alongside the marketing team, serving as the bridge between inbound marketing and the sales department by engaging with practice owners who have already shown interest in Scheduling Institute's services. Your primary responsibility is to respond to inbound inquiries immediately, qualify potential clients, build rapport with practice owners, and book highly qualified appointments for the closing team. You''ll be working from multiple lead sources, including fresh Facebook funnel leads, webinar registrants, an internal database of over 22,000 leads, and approximately 7,000 past clients, giving you a consistent flow of opportunities every day. Success in this role comes from speed, consistency, and quality. You''ll be expected to contact new leads within 60 seconds whenever possible, maintain strong appointment show rates, and consistently generate qualified opportunities that convert into new business for the company. Value of the Offer Average front-end order value of approximately $12,500. Proven systems that help healthcare practices increase new patient acquisition by 20% or more. Thousands of successful healthcare practices served nationwide. Compensation $400 commission for every closed unit generated from your booked appointments (paid on cash collected). W2 employee position. On-Track Earnings Minimum KPI (7 closed units): $5,800/month Target Performance (10 closed units): $7,000/month Strong Month (12+ closed units): $7,800+/month There is no cap on appointments booked or commissions earned. We''re Looking for Candidates Who Can confidently handle a high-volume phone environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Build natural rapport with dental and medical practice owners and communicate like a trusted advisor. Understand the importance of speed-to-lead and thrive in a fast-paced inbound sales environment. Are highly coachable and consistently implement feedback from leadership. Demonstrate integrity by qualifying prospects properly rather than chasing volume alone. Are resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable hearing "no" while staying focused on the next opportunity. Enjoy working collaboratively with both marketing and sales teams. Have experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or high-ticket sales (preferred but not required). Key Performance Indicators Book a minimum of 60 qualified appointments per month (approximately 3 per working day). Contact new inbound leads within 60 seconds whenever possible. Maintain a 60% minimum appointment show rate . Generate a minimum of 7 closed units per month from booked appointments, with a target of 10+.
