Responsibilities Oversee daily operations within the Supply Processing Department, ensuring regulatory compliance, sterilization quality assurance, instrumentation management, and inventory control across procedural areas. Supervise certified technicians, coordinate staffing and productivity, oversee emergency cart readiness, manage instrumentation repairs and vendor trays, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Collaboration with surgeons, nurses, infection prevention, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless surgical support. Serve as a professional role model fostering accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
