Solution IT Inc. is looking for Technical Program Manager for one of its clients in Sunnyvale, CA

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage new feature tracking and progress, test requests, helping the team to land features on time and quality.
• Manage, triage, monitor and report on bugs from multiple sources.
• Draft of release notes and update known issues in coordination with TPM Leads and the QA team.
• Prepare feature demos and collect feedback and do proper follow up.
• Reporting automation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, technology management business management, or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development
• Experience in product development planning and providing leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with SW engineers and report to senior managers.
• Extensive experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration.
• Ability to evaluate product performance metrics, as well as diagnose and resolve issues.
• Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development.
• Familiarity with testing process, test plan creation, and the concepts of Sanity and Regression testing.
• Excellent skills in thinking through customer scenarios - Good analytical skills.
• Familiarity with release processes, with a focus on feature release, milestone release, and internal and external communication management.
• Technical background with scripting or coding experience. (For example in languages such as Python, Java or JavaScript, or other modern languages).
• Technical background handling devices.

Work Site : Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 3 days to office)
