Open to remote (Anywhere Time Zone) Duration: 9/14/2026 to 12/07/2026 (Contract) Team: Search Discovery Job Description Develop and manage the content strategy and editorial calendar for priority evangelism narratives, demos, videos, newsletters, social content, and thought leadership. Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Evangelism, and technical SMEs to translate complex technologies and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise audiences. Create and maintain hero narrative content, including presentations, demos, videos, visual storytelling, and reusable content assets. Manage video and demo production, including editing, packaging, publishing, and maintaining a regular content cadence. Repurpose and distribute high-value content across key moments and audiences, including internal field teams. Manage production of the team newsletter, content toolkits, and other recurring communications. Establish and manage content program processes, including briefs, templates, repositories, review workflows, production tracking, and publishing. Support program coordination across priority initiatives, including status reporting, stakeholder management, QA, and consistency across the demo and content library. Track content performance and engagement to identify opportunities for optimization, amplification, and reuse. Responsibilities Content strategy and editorial planning for evangelism narratives, demos, videos, newsletters, social content, and thought leadership. Translate SME and product input into polished narratives and customer-facing assets. Create presentations, demos, videos, and visual storytelling assets for executive and customer audiences. Manage end-to-end production including editing, packaging, publishing, and maintaining cadence. Repurpose and distribute content across channels and internal audiences. Produce and manage recurring communications such as team newsletters and content toolkits. Define and maintain content program processes: briefs, templates, repositories, review workflows, and production tracking. Coordinate program status, stakeholder communications, QA, and library consistency. Monitor content engagement and recommend optimization and amplification opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong content strategy, editorial planning, and narrative development skills, with the ability to turn complex technology and SME input into compelling stories. Excellent writing, visual design, presentation, and content creation skills with strong attention to craft and detail. Demonstrated ability to create polished presentations, videos, demos, and other executive- and customer-facing content. Strong program management and organizational skills, with experience managing content calendars, production workflows, multiple stakeholders, and deadlines. Ability to take work from rough SME input through polished execution, publication, and distribution with minimal supervision. Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management skills. Working knowledge of social media and content-distribution best practices, particularly for B2B and technical audiences. Ability to quickly understand AI, APIs, workflows, and emerging technologies sufficiently to collaborate with technical experts and communicate their value. Preferred Qualifications MBA preferred, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, product storytelling, product marketing, editorial strategy, technical marketing, or a related discipline preferred. Portfolio or work samples demonstrating strong narrative, visual storytelling, presentation, and content execution capabilities strongly preferred. Experience with generative AI and modern content creation tools preferred. Adobe product, enterprise marketing, technical demo, and/or creative technology experience is a plus.
