Virtual Medical Assistant

ATN Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Conduct telephonic pre-visit check-ins on patients assigned to the practice(s).; Assist in all clerical aspects of the rooming process to expedite onsite rooming for patient visits; Make 30-50 calls per day to facilitate 12-16 patient interactions and 20 minutes of registration for 12-15 patients daily; Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and safety in accordance with ethical, legal, and accreditation/regulatory standards; Coordinate with providers and office staff to ensure efficient patient rooming for visits
