At Elara Caring, our PRN CNAs step in where they're needed mostcovering visits, supporting patients at home, and delivering high-quality care on a schedule that works for them.

• Per diem / as-needed visits
• You choose your availability
• Ideal for CNAs wanting flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours
• Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team

This is hands-on, patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly what's needednothing more, nothing less.

• Provide direct personal care in patients' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
• Take and report vital signs
• Observe and communicate changes in patient's condition
• Help maintain a safe, clean home environment
• Follow the established plan of care under RN direction

• Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification
• Experience in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication and reliability
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
• Physical Requirements - Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
