We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sign Installation Crew Member to join our team. You will install custom streetscaping signs, cluster mailbox units (CBUs), and monument signs. This is a physically demanding, hands-on field role perfect for someone with construction experience who takes pride in high-quality outdoor installations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $20.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You Will Do

• Assemble and install custom streetscaping signs, cluster mailboxes, and monument signs.
• Use concrete, hand tools, and power tools to securely anchor signage structures.
• Read layout plans and measure accurately to ensure precise placement.
• Load, unload, and transport heavy installation materials safely.

Job Requirements

• Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Mandatory).
• Experience: Proven background in construction, landscaping, fencing, or a related trade.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift to 50 pounds consistently and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Skillset: High proficiency with basic hand and power tools (drills, levels, wrenches, etc.).
• Mindset: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a strict focus on workplace safety.
