General Anesthesiologist Position

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $425,000 - $550,000

Our organization, located in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon, is on the lookout for a general anesthesiologist to join our expanding academic department. This role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of complex patients across various case types, including neuro, vascular, thoracic, spine, ambulatory, interventional radiology, obstetrics, trauma, neuro-radiology, and cardiac catheterization.

Opportunity Highlights

• Engagement in a minimum of 10% academic and administrative responsibilities, with 90% dedicated to clinical practice.
• Medical oversight of CRNAs with a ratio of 1:3 to 1:4.
• Opportunity to educate trainees and support staff in your area of expertise.
• Possibility to lead and develop scholarly research on various critical topics, if desired.
• Involvement in additional departmental or hospital administration, if interested.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in Oregon.
• Board-eligible or certified in Anesthesiology is required.
• A medical degree is mandatory.
