Job Overview Senior Manager – CAR‑T Cell Therapy Experience Lead (Western United States) Job Summary Support the Western portion of the United States covering Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Purpose Lead a team of Customer Therapy Experience Leads (CTELs) who act as the primary field-based contact for a portfolio of certified CARVYKTI treatment centers. Enhance operational efficiencies, drive product utilization, and support growth through site expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead the CTEL account management team, coaching and developing staff to consistently meet performance expectations. Serve as a lateral leader across multiple teams for operational account management, addressing site‑specific issues and pursuing improvement opportunities for CARVYKTI order management, logistics, and expansion. Drive CARVYKTI growth by conveying clinical efficacy, safety information, and commercial operations messages. Act as the subject matter expert on CAR‑T operations and logistics, providing counsel on technology utilization and process optimization. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, order specialists, medical, field reimbursement, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, participating in matrix calls and regular engagements. Facilitate education engagements aimed at improving CAR‑T operations, logistics, and order management systems, and provide manufacturing and value information. Analyze data from onsite observations and system‑generated reports to proactively advise sites on utilization and efficiency opportunities. Additional Responsibilities Hold team members accountable for adherence to strategy, execution excellence, and achievement of individual and team goals. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback and corrective action to drive results. Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational values. Partner with team members to identify performance gaps, remove barriers, and accelerate achievement of success metrics. Manage complex projects and operational procedures, overseeing resource allocation and problem resolution. Maintain a sense of urgency and operate effectively in challenging environments, exercising sound judgment during demanding situations. Education Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree preferred. Experience At least 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including field sales and sales leadership roles. Experience managing large accounts (e.g., KAM/KAS) and program administration in oncology, bone marrow transplant, CAR‑T, cell & gene therapy, or related settings. RN license or advanced practice degree (NP, PA, PharmD, MSN) and cell therapy manufacturer experience (CTEL or comparable role). Required Skills Excellent written and oral communication, conflict resolution, and relationship‑building with diverse customers and colleagues. Strong project management and operational procedure oversight. Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate activities across multiple internal and external organizations. Agile learning and problem‑resolution skills in complex environments. Demonstrated sense of urgency and proactive ownership of customer inquiries. Compensation Base salary range: $141,000 – $243,800. Eligible for annual performance bonus and long‑term incentive program.
