HCC Risk Adjustment Coder (ICD-10/CPT)

NECC is seeking a detail‑oriented HCC Coder to ensure accurate outpatient coding and documentation. You will work with Billing and Medical Director to apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and HCC guidelines, promoting quality measures and risk adjustment accuracy.
