Independent Automotive Repair Facility | Moscow Mills, MO

We’re an independent automotive repair facility in Moscow Mills, Missouri , committed to keeping our customers safely and confidently on the road. From routine maintenance and oil changes to major repairs and engine rebuilds, we take pride in providing honest, quality service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
We’re looking for a rockstar Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer service inquiries.
- Listen to customers, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
- Build accurate repair estimates and educate customers on their repair and maintenance options.
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, costs, and timelines.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in to check-out.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling/service software.
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with both customers and technicians.
- A genuine interest in customer service and the automotive industry.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
