We’re looking for a rockstar Automotive Customer Service Advisor to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer service inquiries.
• Listen to customers, understand their concerns, and recommend appropriate services and repairs.
• Build accurate repair estimates and educate customers on their repair and maintenance options.
• Clearly explain recommended repairs, costs, and timelines.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from check-in to check-out.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling/service software.
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with both customers and technicians.
• A genuine interest in customer service and the automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
