Overview
Radiology Technologist – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech position available in Clinton, Illinois. Start date 06/22/2026 for an 8-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $1,819 to $1,991 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is full-time nights (10:30 pm–7:00 am), Sunday through Thursday, in a critical access hospital setting. This role requires performing x-ray and CT scans and ensuring quality patient imaging in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, including x-ray and CT scans, following physician orders
- Position patients and select appropriate imaging modalities to obtain optimal image quality while adhering to radiation safety principles
- Operate radiology equipment, process images, and ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation
- Verify patient identity, explain procedures, obtain consent when required, and maintain patient comfort and privacy
- Communicate imaging results and any concerns to radiologists and referring physicians as needed
- Maintain equipment safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards; document procedures accurately

Requirements
- License: Illinois Radiologic Technologist
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology
- Certifications: CPR (CRP Certification)
- Skills: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, basic computer knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment for patient care, ability to follow simple instructions, and basic math
- Experience: Not specified beyond the above requirements
- Shift suitability: Ability to work the full-time night shift (10:30 pm–7:00 am), Sunday–Thursday
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to patient care in a radiology setting
