Summary The Client Advisor contributes to store sales and key performance indicators by delivering a memorable, sophisticated client experience. They cultivate client relationships, support the management team and colleagues, and consistently uphold the Maison standards and values. Responsibilities Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients Connect and reconnect with clients, identifying needs and anticipating future requests Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to grow business Drive performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals with a business mindset Create personalized, versatile, and timeless looks for clients Maintain a transparent and genuine attitude to build unique client connections Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues Use available tools to optimize business opportunities Support and collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams to foster team spirit Uphold company policies and operational procedures Requirements Preferred fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) Experience in client-facing roles such as fashion & accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality preferred Passion for fashion and creating personalized looks Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit Strong team spirit and ability to achieve common goals Comfortable using tools and applications; quick to adapt to new technology Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask and prioritize Proactive, passionate, and solution-oriented attitude Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred Openness to change and continuous development #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
