Job Overview As a Business Operations Coordinator for Travel + Leisure at Club Wyndham Daytona Beach - Ocean Walk Resort, your primary responsibility is to deliver quality support for our Sales and Marketing processes. You provide exceptional customer service to all guests and business partners, ensure operational processes and procedures are met, protect data integrity, and partner with your team and leadership to implement changes or new initiatives. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team. Work with leadership to implement ways to improve customer service or processes. Protect data when interacting with guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us. Ensure company assets are always protected and supporting policies and procedures are executed. Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business. Support new initiatives and help impacted teams understand what the changes mean to them. Maintain and validate daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs. Consistently leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise and escalates appropriately to leadership. Partnerships Sales and Marketing teams Human Resources Resort Operations leadership Projects Help provide onboarding/training of new team members. Implement changes across any area/function that Business Operations supports. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Have availability to support the business throughout weekends and holidays. Experience delivering outstanding customer service, with excitement.
